Since 1989, TreeFolks volunteers and staff have planted over 2 million trees in Central Texas at schools, parks, in medians, right of ways, community gardens, greenbelts. TreeFolks also works to restore forests in the urban-wildland interface after natural disasters such as the devastating Blanco River floods of 2015 and forest fires of 2011 in Bastrop County.
